When owner and former Z Car club president, Todd Fortin, sent me this photo for my Winter Z Car Photo Contest years ago he wrote:

“We had the ice storm of the century here in January 1998.  The ice was about 2″ thick and the trees behind the car came perilously close to breaking and crushing it.

I couldn’t move the car out of harms way because it was frozen to the ground.  Luckily it ended well.  The ice melted, the trees stayed up and the car started in the spring.”
